Here we go again!

It has started all over again. Daniel has become a crazy jumping machine just like Molly. We put him in this for the first time a couple of days ago just to see if he could do it and now he jumps and jumps and doesn't want to stop. The difference between him and Molly is that he has already maxed out the height in the jumper whereas Molly had not maxed it out until she was like 8 months. I'm sure there will be more crazy jumping videos to come in the near future.

Molly's NC Birthday Party

While we were in NC, my parent's threw Molly a fantastic Dora birthday party. My cousins, Kristen and Melissa, were both able to come with their kids and my sisters and their families were also there. We had an amazing time and my parents really went all out, so, thank you thank you thank you for a fantastic birthday party. We made lots of memories that we cherish so much especially being so far away from home. We love you all!

Clemson Football Game

For those of you who do not know, my family have always been huge Clemson football fans. I have great memories of going to football games with my dad growing up. We would always go early and walk through the gardens, get ice cream and lots of junk food, get our faces painted and watch a little bit of the game. Well, that tradition has now been passed along to my children. While we were in the States, my dad took Molly and Casey to a Clemson game and they had a blast. Molly is still talking about the game and can even say "Go Tigers" much to my husband's dismay. They were able to meet up with my Uncle Harold and Aunt Edith who are also shown in these pictures.

Surfside Beach

We went down to Surfside Beach, SC one weekend while in the States with my parents and my sister Elizabeth and her family. These are some of the pictures from that weekend. We had such a fantastic time and it was the first trip to the beach that Molly actually remembers. She is still talking about the waves knocking her over. Wish I was back there now! It has rained here every day since we returned to the UK, enough already!! Bring on the NC sun!

Portraits

Before we left the states, we got the kids portraits taken. These are my favorite unedited versions, we got them done at Victorian Rose and they did a really great job. Molly is almost 2 years old and Daniel is 4 months old in the pictures.

Headed home

Our time here in the US is officially over. We head out tomorrow for the UK. We have had an unbelievable time with family and friends. I have so many pictures to share and memories to show over the next few weeks as I reenter blogger world. Here is a little glimpse of more to come! Please pray for safe travels. Bryon's dad will be traveling back with me to help out with the kids on the plane and spend a couple of weeks with us too! Please also pray or Molly's transition. She has been surrounded (literally) by cousins, aunts and grandparents the past 5 months and going back to our normal life will be an adjustment. Thanks again everyone, God is so good and we are so blessed.

10 year reunion

This past weekend, I had my 10 year high school reunion. Wow, time flies for sure. It seems like we have been planning it forever and now it is over for 5-10 more years. It was great seeing all of my high school friends and getting to know some people that I didn't get to spend much time with in high school. I was planning on writing some philosophical ideas and thoughts about the past ten years but since all of my postings occur around 11pm and with my eyes closed, this is as good as it is going to get!

Why I miss home

A lot of people ask me if I enjoy living in England and I say yes for the most part.. however, this is why I miss home.

Update

I have been horrible keeping up with my blog while here in the states. Sorry!! I have limited time to get online. We will be here a few more weeks and then we head back to the UK. We have been busy cramming in medical appointments, investment meetings, shopping trips, visits with friends and family and even a vacation or two :). Bryon is back in the UK and heads to Germany for the next few weeks with work. My 10 year high school reunion is next weekend and then one of my best friends is getting married the weekend after that, yay Jenny! I don't have a computer here, I am borrowing family members to check email/facebook so my posts probably will not pick up much before heading home but then watch out! I'm in blogger withdrawl!
