My Maryland Family
My sister-in-law, Diane sent these pictures to me today and I LOVE THEM! These are two of my nephews Brandon and Dominic. I can't believe how big little Dominic is getting, Diane!! wow! I really like living in the Uk but this is the main reason we will definitely move home one day. I miss seeing my family and watching my nephews grow up. Thanks for these Diane!

In honor of Mary
Aunt Mary (my sister) got Molly her first doll house for Christmas this past year. For those of you who don't know Mary, when she was little, she used to be the queen of self play and would spend hours playing with her little people. Up to now, Molly has been playing with the doll house more as a toy to bang on rather than realizing it is a house with little people in it. This week, she began positioning people in their places and really enjoying the pretend play.
This particular morning, she sat the mom and dad at the table, went to the kitchen and brought them one of her juice boxes, put the juice box on the table and proceeded to say the blessing for the juice meal. Adorable!

"Feed my sheep"
We have a wonderful little zoo 6 minutes from our house, I will tell you more about it in a later post, and this series of pictures was taken during Molly's favorite portion of the zoo. The pictures really reminded me of Christ's conversation with Peter in the book of John. Jesus asks Peter if he loves Him and Peter replies, "Lord you know that I love you". Jesus replies, "Then feed my sheep". Jesus asks him this same question three times even with the ultimate answer each time being, "then feed my sheep".
My sweet little girl is so kindhearted. She loves animals but not just in the sense that they are fun to play with, rather she loves them like a mom loves her children. If they get scared she will try to protect them. If they get hurt, she kisses and hugs them and comforts them. At the zoo, these baby lambs are still small enough to squeeze out of the pen and let people feed them. So every trip we spend at least 30 minutes feeding, petting and loving on the lambs. Here is a glimpse into that experience..
I may come out bruised and nibbled on but I love the lambs so much!
Daddy helping me feed the lambs.
I only have a little bit of food left, which sheep needs it the most. Hm.
This is the one.
Kissing the lambs goodbye until our next visit.

Sunday morning
Hey all!
I am way behind on postings, so expect a lot here in the next couple of weeks (assuming Daniel holds off until 40 weeks).
These pictures are a glimpse into our getting ready process on most mornings, but especially Sunday mornings. Molly has to get ready the exact same way that I do. Clothes on, deodorant on (fake for her), teeth brushed, hair done, make up done, jewelry on. She knows generally what comes next and this is what she looks like about halfway through. We still have hair and shoes to do :) These pictures were from a couple of Sundays ago.
